All orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the date they are placed. This processing time excludes weekends and public holidays. After processing, your order will be prepared for shipment.

Shipping Time
Orders are shipped internationally, with delivery times typically ranging from 6-10 business days. Please note that delays may occur due to customs processing or other unforeseen factors.

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the size/weight of the items in your order.

Customs and Import Taxes
For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, and any additional charges imposed by your country are the buyer’s responsibility. Eloma is not liable for delays caused by customs processing.

Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details. Please allow 24-48 hours for the carrier to update the tracking information.

Lost or Delayed Packages
