Returns Policy
We offer a 10-day return window, allowing you to request a return within 10 days of receiving your item.
To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@eloma.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your package back. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
We ask that you inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. This will allow us to assess the issue and resolve it promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for returns, including:

Exchanges
To exchange an item, the quickest method is to return the original item. Once your return is approved, you can place a separate order for the replacement product.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason. The returned item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for the return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund. If you do not see the refund after 10 business days from our approval, please contact us at contact@eloma.com.
